Sign up for a complimentary 30 minute coaching session!  I work with a limited number of individual clients so this gives us both an opportunity to see if we will work well together!

Package Options:

Revitalize: 9 coaching sessions to help you change your life!  $810

Restore:  6 coaching sessions that focus on you!  $570

Rejuvenate:  3 coaching sessions to work through smaller issues!  $290

Individual Coaching sessions are $100 per session.

Each coaching session is 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.  I find it is best to do 3 sessions per month to get the maximum impact in the shortest amount of time.  You have 12 months to use each package from the date of purchase.
